No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entry is free to all eligible participants. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2 Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by SPICES OF THE GREENBAY LLC and SPICES OF EAST LLC, operating The Spices Restaurant and Bar across six locations in Wisconsin (the “Sponsor”). Website: thespicesrestaurant.com.

3 Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law

4 How to Enter

• To enter, complete the Giveaway entry form with your name, email address, and phone number on the Sponsor’s giveaway page
• Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address
• No purchase is required; entry is free
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that contain false information may be disqualified

5 Prize

• One (1) winner is selected each week and will receive a $25 gift card valid at The Spices Restaurant and Bar
• Approximate retail value (ARV): $25.00 USD
• The gift card is subject to any terms that accompany it and to our Gift Card terms
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion

6 Drawing and Odds

• Each week, one winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received who have not previously won
• Drawings are held each Friday
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

7 Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email at the address provided, and results may be announced on the Sponsor’s Facebook page
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner

8 Privacy

Information you provide is used only to administer the Giveaway and to contact winners. Giveaway entries are kept separate from our newsletter and marketing lists and are not sold. For more detail on what we store, see our Privacy Policy.

9 General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
• The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control affects the fair operation of the Giveaway
• This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook / Meta
• These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles
