1 Online Ordering

Our website allows customers to place pickup orders at any of our six Wisconsin locations. By placing an order you confirm that:

1. All information you provide (name, phone, email) is accurate and complete
2. You are the authorized holder of the payment method used
3. You understand that menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change
4. Preparation time estimates (approximately 20 minutes) are approximate and may vary
5. Orders are for pickup at the selected location unless otherwise specified

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or item unavailability. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled by us.

2 Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Order Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order at any time before payment is submitted. Once payment is confirmed and your order is sent to our kitchen, we begin preparation immediately and cannot accept cancellations.

B. Refunds

If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours:

• Missing items from your order
• Incorrect items received
• Food quality concerns

Upon review, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

1. Replacement of the affected item(s) on your next visit or order
2. Store credit toward a future purchase
3. Partial or full refund to your original payment method

3 Delivery Policy

Delivery orders from our website are fulfilled through DoorDash. By selecting delivery, your order details are shared with DoorDash and their terms of service also apply.

• Delivery is available within DoorDash’s service area around each location
• Estimated delivery times are approximate (typically 30–45 minutes) and may vary
• A delivery fee set by DoorDash applies
• We are not responsible for delays caused by DoorDash or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Contact the location directly if you experience issues with a delivery order

4 Rewards Program

Our rewards program allows registered customers to earn and redeem points on eligible online orders. Key terms:

• Earning points — you earn 10 points per $1.00 spent on qualifying orders placed while logged into your account
• First order bonus — new accounts receive 100 bonus points upon completing their first qualifying order
• Minimum redemption — a minimum of 500 points (worth $5.00) is required to redeem
• Maximum redemption — you may redeem up to $10.00 worth of points per order
• Minimum order to redeem — your order must total at least $20.00 to redeem points
• No double dipping — points are not earned on orders where points are redeemed
• No cash value — points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• Expiry — points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.

5 Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available for purchase online and can be redeemed at checkout on our website
• Gift card codes are emailed to the recipient upon purchase
• Gift cards have no expiration date
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Treat your gift card code like cash — we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
• Remaining balances are tracked and can be checked at checkout

6 Promo Codes

• Promo codes are issued at our discretion and may be subject to minimum order requirements
• Each promo code has a specific expiry date and maximum number of uses
• Only one promo code can be applied per order
• Promo codes cannot be combined with gift cards in the same transaction
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
• Misuse or abuse of promo codes may result in account suspension

7 User Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

1. Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
2. Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
3. All activity that occurs under your account
4. Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violation of these terms.

8 Catering & Event Bookings

Catering orders and event hall bookings submitted through our website are inquiries only and are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our team.

• Catering menu pricing is based on tray sizes as listed on our catering page and is subject to change
• Hall availability for Green Bay, Sheboygan, and Two Rivers locations must be confirmed by contacting the location directly
• A deposit or payment arrangement may be required to secure a booking
• Cancellation policies for catering orders will be discussed at the time of booking
• For tandoor menu items (tikka, tandoori, kebab), please contact your specific location directly

9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Place orders with no intention of pickup or payment
• Abuse or exploit our rewards program or promotional offers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our admin systems or customer data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data from our website
• Post harmful, defamatory, or offensive content in reviews or messages
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, and forfeiture of rewards points.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the restaurant name, logo, menu designs, food photography, text, and graphics — is the property of SPICES OF THE GREENBAY LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Your use of or inability to use our website
• Errors or delays in online ordering or payment processing
• Third-party delivery delays or errors by DoorDash
• Technical outages or interruptions outside our reasonable control
